For more than 30 years, we have been a leader in the manufacture of customized products made of Technogel®, a unique PU-based gel material. Our long experience qualifies us to develop complex and detailed products. Our engineering department can customize Technogel® according to your specific needs. For example, flame retardant V2, the hardness between shore°°° 8 to shore A90, adding scents, custom coloring, adjusting the rebound behavior, adding ESD standards, and much more. Our DIN EN ISO 90001-2015 certification guarantees our high-quality standard. We manufacture in the heart of Europe - in Germany and Italy. Our products are distributed worldwide to all industries.

Our approach to implementing projects.

 

1. Project and product inquiry
Every new project starts with a consultation phase.  

2. Feasibility analysis and strategic planning.  
Review of the project parameters and schedule.  

3. Design and prototyping.
In-house development of prototypes and construction of prototyping tools.  

4. Prefabrication of sample parts.
Production of sample parts and their delivery to the customer for inspection.  

5. Sample approval and series production
Prototype sample approval followed by the start of series production.

6. Checking and delivery
The Quality department checks the products and the Logistics department organizes dispatch to the final destination.

High restoring force  
Technogel® is non-toxic and is used in a variety of medical products. The gel is odorless, hypoallergenic and contains no harmful substances.
 
Individual design  
Technogel® is customizable in any geometry, can be dyed and used for many different applications.

Self-adhesive character  
The natural adhesive properties of Technogels® can be integrated into the design and are restorable.

Adjustable shore hardness  
Technogels®  hardness ranges from shore °°° 10 to a shore A 40.

Cooling technology 
Technogel® has a naturally high thermal capacity that absorbs and dissipates heat. The unique tower grid design promotes air circulation, which maintains a comfortable body temperature.

R&D
Technogel® products undergo rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality and durability.

Skin compatible  
Technogel® is non-toxic, Oeko-Tex 100 certified and approved for direct application to the skin.

3D deformability 
Technogel® absorbs forces in all directions.  Other materials, like foam, absorb forces in one direction only.

Gel Types

Technogel® has a wide range of different gel types for all customer requirements. Our laboratory develops the gel individually for the desired application and the customer's needs. Technogel® is a PU-based material with many advantages over silicone or foam. The softest gel quality starts at Shore°° 5 up to a hardness of Shore A 70.
